Ace Super Speciality Hospital
Greater Noida
Project Overview
ACE Super Speciality Hospital is conceived as a space-efficient urban healthcare facility, designed to accommodate 350 beds within a built-up area of approximately 250,000 sq. ft.
The project responds to the challenge of delivering high-capacity healthcare infrastructure within a compact footprint, making planning efficiency a central consideration of its design.
Planning Approach
With a design efficiency of less than 700 sq. ft. per bed, the hospital focuses on making effective use of its available built-up area. The planning approach seeks to accommodate a substantial healthcare programme while maintaining a clear architectural identity.
The project demonstrates how spatial efficiency can become a defining element of hospital design, particularly in urban environments where available space is a critical constraint.
Architectural Highlight
A large triple-height atrium forms the principal architectural feature of the hospital. Introducing a significant volume within the compact development, the atrium creates a strong spatial element within the building.
ACE Super Speciality Hospital brings together high bed capacity, efficient space utilisation and a defining atrium space to explore a model of compact urban healthcare architecture.
